Making Fall Crochet items for my shop
Hey all! Fall is almost here, and Halloween is right around the corner. With the weather already taking on the fall temperatures, and the leaves already turning the beautiful hues of yellow, orange, and red, I have been really inspired over the last few weeks to create items for fall and Halloween.
I am looking for more inspiration other than just the spooky and fall leaves, and I have a few fun ideas. I’ve bought a few patterns for dolls and decorations that I think are just absolutely precious. I have the scarecrow that I’ve already posted on my shop, and it took every evening for a week (plus most of a Sunday afternoon) to finish him!

I also bought this adorable pattern from CotyLoops on Etsy called Grim grips as well as the Coffin Crawlers. So cute! I’ve already made a pumpkin skull grim grip, and I am mostly done with one for my shop too! I’m so happy with the way they turned out. So precious. They are adorable and I can’t wait to buy some bulky yarn to make the coffin creepers. Let me know if those are things that you would be interested in buying. I know I’m trying to get other ideas that aren’t spooky themed, but I do quite love some spookiness and Halloween decor.
I also made some coasters that I was inspired by other crocheters and Beetlejuice to make. I think they turned out adorable. I also made a set for my mom for Halloween! Her and my dad are doing a Beetlejuice Halloween theme this year, and the coasters will be perfect decorations to add to their treat table! I have more listed on my shop with the leftover yarn I had from my parent’s set. I created a little bit of variation in theirs, doing two swirl coasters and two bullseye coasters with alternating black and white stripes. I’m very pleased with the way they turned out.
I have a few other ideas for the fall. I was thinking of Acorn bags and fall leaf coasters and pumpkin pots. I am very indecisive sometimes, so we shall see where my hands take me in the following weeks! I shall post pictures periodically below of progress on items I’m making below.
